Items:

• Steven: Found at Row 6, Column 6. Grants a +2 damage increase and visually adds a lump with a face to the character's head.
• Rosary: Found at Row 4, Column 6. Grants 3 soul hearts and increases the chance of Devil Rooms appearing. Visually, the character wears Rosary Beads.
• Rotten Meat: Found at Row 3, Column 8. Increases maximum health by one heart.
• Skeleton Key: Found at Row 2, Column 8. Sets your key count to 99. A keyhole appears in the player's forehead.
• Wire Coat Hanger: Found at Row 4, Column 5. Grants a +2 tears increase. Visually, a broken coat hanger is shown stuck through the character's skull.
• Wooden Spoon: Found at Row 3, Column 9. Grants a +2 speed increase.

Weapon Items:

• Brimstone: Found at Row 8, Column 11. Can be bought in a Devil Room for two heart containers. This weapon maxes your damage and allows you to fire a piercing, infinite-range beam that functions as a charge shot. Each beam deals double damage, and the shot can be charged and carried over between rooms.
