Spelunker Hat

This one's pretty neat. When you've got the Spelunker Hat equipped, it'll show you where Secret Rooms are located on the map when you're standing right next to them. You still need a bomb to actually get in, of course, but it takes the guesswork out of finding them. Plus, it also reveals Mini-Boss Rooms! This is super helpful because you can avoid them if you're low on health and not ready for a tough fight, or make sure you hit them up when you *are* ready for that sweet loot.

Steam Sale

Who doesn't love a good discount? The Steam Sale item halves the price of everything in shops. If the price ends up being a decimal, it'll round down. Transendence
