Mr. Boom!

• Table Position: Row 5, Column 2
• Room Recharge: 2
• Effect: Drops a large lit bomb with a wider blast radius and more damage than a normal one.
• Comments: This functions as an upgraded bomb, offering more damage and a larger blast radius. It can be used once every two combat rooms. It is useful against bosses due to a higher chance of hitting them and for breaking rocks when regular bombs are scarce.

My Little Unicorn

• Table Position: Row 5, Column 10
• Room Recharge: 6
• Effect: Grants invincibility for 6 seconds. Touching enemies during this period deals high damage. Firing Tears is disabled unless you have the Mom's Knife projectile.
• Comments: This item deals significant touch damage against bosses while the user is invincible. It can clear rooms of enemies and heavily damage bosses. To maximize damage, move into enemies continuously while invincible. It can only be activated every six combat rooms and is best saved for bosses.

Shoop Da Whoop!

• Table Position: Row 6, Column 5
• Room Recharge: 3
• Effect: The character wears the item over their face, allowing the player to fire a beam that deals very heavy damage to enemies it hits. The shot can pass through multiple enemies.
• Comments: This item can be effective if enemies are lined up, allowing for damage through terrain, especially against melee enemies. It requires precise aiming to avoid missing. It is a decent one-shot item with a three-room recharge, also useful for bosses.

Tammy's Head

• Table Position: Row 5, Column 3
• Room Recharge: 1
• Effect: Fires ten tears in all directions. The damage and range of these tears are independent of your character's stats.
• Comments: This item is useful in rooms with many surrounding enemies and can be used every room. However, it is considered situational as enemies are not always grouped closely. It is a decent early-game item until a better one is found.
