Return all the way down to the lake, then proceed to the right, and finally go up to reach a tree for a scene.

After the scene, go left to find a chest containing a Rebirth Doll.

Exit the Spirit Forest and travel all the way north, then right across a bridge, and finally north again to cross another bridge back to Harmel.

The dying tree's condition necessitates finding the summon spirit Luna in the Moria Mines.
To reach the Moria Mines, you must travel to Venice and take a boat to Alvanista.
