At the entrance, present your permit to the guard. If you lack it, return to the Alvanista item store, go to the basement with the piano, and speak to the barman.
  2. 2
In the Alvanista basement, go left and up to find a chest with an Orange Gummi and a wall switch. Press the switch to open a door to the right.
  3. 3
Go east into the next room, through the now-open door, and descend the stairs.
  4. 4
Follow the path to a closed door with two switches. Step on the right switch to open it.
  5. 5
Enter the next room and find a chest containing a Lavender behind a sign.
  6. 6
Go left to the next room and find a statue. Push it onto the “?” Switch to open a south door.
  7. 7
Enter the small room to find three chests containing a Protect Ring, Steak, and 2000 Gald.
  8. 8
Press the switch on the north wall of this small room to open a door far to the right on this floor.
  9. 9
Backtrack to the sign room and proceed right. Enter the next room and go down the staircase.
  10. 10
In this room, go right and up to find an “ON” switch. Step on it to levitate.
  11. 11
While floating, go down and left, avoiding the “OFF” switch. Continue up, then right to find another “OFF” switch; step on it to stop floating.
  12. 12
Press the left “!” Symbol to open a door to the right. Enter this room.
  13. 13
Push the statue off the “?” Switch to open the door.
  14. 14
Go through the south door, then right through the small door, and descend the stairs.
  15. 15
Examine the unlit torch to open a wall leading to a new area.
  16. 16
Go north and enter the opened right door.
  17. 17
In this room, time your movement to step on one “?” switch when the walking girl steps on the other to make a chest appear containing a Rune Bottle.
  18. 18
Go back and step on the “!” switch to open the left door. Enter it.
  19. 19
In the room with the sign, press the four switches in the order: Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right.
  20. 20
Return to the previous room and go south through the middle passage, then through the door.
  21. 21
Save your progress at the Memory Circle.
  22. 22
Press the switch on the northern wall to open the door leading north (this becomes a shortcut out).
  23. 23
Press the “!” switch on the floor to open the door north of the four-switch area. The stairs leading down are a dead end for now.
  24. 24
Go back up, then left. Push the statue through the opened door and onto the “?” Switch. Go down the stairs.
  25. 25
Navigate the dark 5th floor: go right, then up, then right to another room.
  26. 26
Go right again to find a door. Step on the left “?” Switch and enter the room.
  27. 27
Equip the Sorcerer’s Ring, aim at the switch on the upper part of the room, and press A to activate it. Exit the room.
  28. 28
Go back left into the previous room. Keep going left through the upper passage.
  29. 29
Follow the lower wall to the left until you find a lower section of the wall. Go down to find the door opened by the Sorcerer's Ring. Descend the stairs to the 6th floor.
  30. 30
Enter the door on the right into another dark room.
  31. 31
Avoid the spikes. If you encounter the enemy Aza, equip a Picus Stone to resist its Tractor Beam spell.
  32. 32
Navigate the room: go up, then right, then down, then right to the next room.
  33. 33
Do NOT step on the panel further to the right, as it teleports you back.
  34. 34
Go through the north door to an area with three statues. Move the right statue to reveal a switch. Press it to open an area to the south.
  35. 35
Find a chest containing a Lemon Gummi. Do not step on the transporter.
  36. 36
Push the statue back to its original position to return. Go down the path past the spikes to the 7th floor.
  37. 37
Save your game at the Memory Circle.
  38. 38
Use your Sorcerer's Ring to light the torch on the right, making a transporter appear.
  39. 39
In the dark room, do not grab the chest directly in front. Go right and up to get it from the back; it contains a Lemon Gummi.
  40. 40
Go down slightly to be transported back to the Memory Circle room. Use the transporter again.
  41. 41
Go right and around to get the chest containing a Yellow Cake from the back. Return to the transporter and back to this room.
  42. 42
Repeat the process to get the chest containing the Mystery Broom (weapon for Arche), which significantly improves her attack. Equip it immediately.
  43. 43
The next time you return to this room, candelabras will appear. Light both sides of each candelabra using your Sorcerer's Ring to open the door.
  44. 44
Go down to another dark room. Go up, follow the path right, then up, and finally left to reach a room with a pool of water.
  45. 45
Use your Pickaxe to break down the wall.
  46. 46
Go left and up to find a candelabra. Light both sides to open the south door. Go down through it to the 8th floor.
