Answers Come at a Price Mission Walkthrough: Garbage

Get to the Detention Center: Head east from the Garbage entrance. You can optionally visit the Garbage Camp for loot and potential gun upgrades. Beware of Bleeding Anomalies on the main path. Upon arrival, deal with a pack of rabid dogs before entering the northern doors. Ascend two flights of stairs to meet Star.

Go Down to the Laboratory: Star directs you to the X-18 Lab (northwest) and offers a Silenced PTM pistol. He also asks you to rescue his man, initiating 'The Road to Salvation' side mission. He provides the X-18 Lab code: 2605. Loot the area before proceeding.

Entering the Factory and The Road to Salvation: Upon reaching the Factory, choose your approach: guns blazing (risking Star's man's survival) or stealth. For stealth, find a hole in the wall on the northeast exterior. Use pipes to climb to an upper entrance. Proceed crouched to avoid alerted Ward soldiers. Find and melee a locked door to free Star's man, who will then mention documents in the lab's basement. Return to the entrance, descend stairs to the ground floor, then take more stairs to the basement. Be prepared for potential soldiers. Use the code 2605 to enter the lab.

Find Information About Nestor: Inside the lab, loot for ammo and health. Follow the linear path down broken stairs to the basement. You'll find a body, signaling an impending threat. Equip a powerful weapon like a Shotgun. Proceed cautiously. After grabbing Medkits from a bathroom, enter the door on the right to face a Bloodsucker. Retreat to the bathroom room and defeat it with the Shotgun.

Continue to the Tape Recorder: After defeating the Bloodsucker, you have two paths. The door on the right leads to the tape recorder with Nestor's information. Take the path to the left first.
