Crystal Islands Slide Challenge: Hug the left wall of Crystal Tower. Start by collecting gems on either side of the initial hut. Slide down the blue pathway, carefully maneuvering with the Left Analog Stick to stay on track and collect gems. Avoid falling into the blackness. Use the side-wall features for support, but be cautious of edges with gems on the opposite side. Aim for the patch of grass at the end to reach Elloise. After landing, break the chests to the side. If Sparx indicates more gems, re-enter the portal and slide again.

Crystal Islands Whack-a-mole Challenge: You play as Bentley. Push the large box out of the way to access an alcove and collect 15 gems. Push the box to your left to reveal a path with 35 gems. Speak to the Amazing Randini. You must whack 20 moles within 1 minute and 5 seconds, without hitting any gnomes. Moles pop up from holes; hit them quickly as they appear. Concentrate on moles that move before burrowing. Stay near the random walls where moles frequently appear.

Desert Ruins Krash Kangaroo Challenge: This is a side-scrolling mini-game. Navigate a path filled with scorpions, acid pits, high cliffs, and fast-sinking platforms. Collect gems and lizards along the way. Reach the halfway point to encounter Lester. The second half is more challenging with less solid ground. Continue to the end.
