In the first area, collect all available gems, avoiding the strong chest for now.

Proceed to the left side and cross the bridge to find Hunter.

Jump onto the ladder next to Hunter to climb up to the Spooky Swamp Portal. Do not enter the portal.

Climb down the ladder and go around the left side of the portal. Headbash the chest for gems.

Dive into the water and search the bottom for gems.

Return across the bridge and go up the steps to the third and final area of the level.

Scour this area for gems.

Go up the steps towards the Bamboo Terrace portal, but do not enter it yet.

Go behind the portal to find two vases.

Return down the steps and proceed forward to the wall. Hug the wall to the right and go up the steps to find Zoe next to a Superflame powerup.

Use the Superflame to destroy all four plant pots in this area. The last pot contains Egg 038.

Continue along the river. Near the beginning, go right to find four climbable slits on the wall. Jump on them to reach a ledge with Egg 039.

Continue along the river until you see the '5/5' sign.

To the left, halfway along the river, you will find the portal to Country Speedway.

At the end of the river, go right to find a sign with Sparx on it, indicating where to meet Zoe later.

Go back along the river, collecting gems until you see the '400/400' sign.

Return to Moneybags. He will offer to release Sgt. Byrd for 700 Gems. Agree to pay him.

After a cutscene, proceed through the portal to Sgt. Byrd's Base.

Tips

The Superflame powerup significantly increases the strength and range of Spyro's flame breath, turning it into a fireball.
The climbable walls are indicated by slits on the surface.
Sgt. Byrd's Base requires paying Moneybags 700 Gems to access.
