Walkthrough

    After answering 'Those thieves are going down' to Moneybags, enter the Spyro Challenge Portal. Refer to 'Sunrise Spring Challenge Portals' for a guide to obtain Eggs 23 and 24 and Skill Point 3.

    Upon completion, you should have approximately 280/400 gems, 4/6 Eggs, and 1/2 Skill Points for the current world.

    Exit the challenge and proceed to Seashell Shore.

    You will start underwater. Go forward to find Sebastian the Seal.

    Collect gems around the starting area, then move forward and charge the Rhynoc enemies. It's best to charge their lower bodies to avoid projectiles.

    Explore the large area, charging pots, collecting gems, and charging shells and octopus enemies. Octopuses can be charged and killed even while spinning.

    Head to the wooden door at the surface on the left. Charge the two octopuses, then charge the wooden block to destroy it. Quickly charge the Rhynoc before it shoots, then return to the room's beginning.

    Hug the right wall to enter a tunnel containing gems and a life. Exit the tunnel and hug the next right wall. Follow the stone tunnel out onto land.

    You will be in front of two giant shells. Charge them for gems.

    Navigate the circular area, then proceed outdoors. Go around this section. Charge forward into the shells; one contains a Rhynoc. Charge its shell, then flame or charge it to defeat it.

    Return to the middle and find a barrel-rolling Rhynoc. Charge the barrels out of its way, then flame or charge a barrel back at it to kill it.

    Repeat this process for another barrel-rolling Rhynoc, then two more that can only be flamed. Scour the area for gems and proceed through the door on the left (from the start of this section).

    Charge the other shells, including one with an enemy.

    Exit and scour the area for gems. Return to the start of this section, then go right and up the steps.

    Turn around and glide from the very end of the top step. Hover at the end to gain extra distance and enter the room. Circle the gems and drop down the hole.

    Head back through the door and this time go left up the dock. Flame the Rhynoc throwing barrels, then drop into the water.

    Charge through the Rhynoc and find the Dragon Egg named Jason (Egg 025/150).

    Collect the gems in the water. Return to the dock's edge and jump out. Go up the dock and glide to the two barrel-rolling Rhynocs and kill them.

    Jump up the steps to find two Rhynocs in shells. Charge and kill them.

    Go left and jump into the water. Charge through and catch a Rhynoc swimming away.

    Explore the large area, collecting all gems and defeating enemies. Check under the tunnel, on the cliff, and at the bottom.

    Return to the tunnel and catch the goose to earn Skill Point 04/20 ('Catch the Funky Goose').

    Swim to the cliff and hug the wall to find a Spyro Challenge Portal. Refer to 'Sunrise Spring Challenge Portals' for a guide to obtain Egg 28.

    Swim to the top and exit into 'Sunny Mountain'. Go around the mountain and enter the large Challenge Portal at the back. Refer to 'Sunrise Spring Challenges Portals' for a guide to obtain Egg 29 (this is also a boss battle).

    Head to the bottom and go left to a wooden door. Charge through and collect all gems.

    Charge through the octopus holding Stanley the Seal. He will drop the jail key.

    Stanley opens the door, and the seals swim to freedom. He gives you Egg 030/150 ('Dizzy').
Tips
  • You can check your progress in a world by going to the Atlas via the START button or viewing the current world's page with the SELECT button.
  • Press the TRIANGLE button at the end of your glide to hover for more distance.
  • When fighting Rhynocs, charging their lower bodies can help avoid their projectiles.
  • Octopuses can be charged and killed even while they are spinning.
  • Barrel-rolling Rhynocs can be defeated by charging the barrels away from them or by charging a barrel back at them.
