    Charge after the yellow thief on the track, cutting corners and collecting gems. Flame him when you get close. This is Egg 023 (Moira).

    In Sunny Mountain, talk to Smelt the Seal to initiate the fight against Bluto.

    You will be placed on a hovercraft. Get missiles and go right to Bluto.
