This medallion unlocks a gate leading to either the Radio Station (Jack) or the Meat Shop (Natalie).
- 2WRot Radio Station: Solve a wave-matching puzzle to unlock a gate, then defeat a unique boss to obtain the Radio Station key and access Rotwood Downtown.
