This guide details the locations of various points of interest and collectibles within the Rotwood areas of Flesh Made Fear. These include the Sewers, Rotwood Downtown, Bethany’s Curse and Crafts, Gunderson’s General Store, Vincent Rypard’s House, The Crimson Reel, and The Rotwood School.

1. Sewers: Accessible from Rotwood Outskirts. Features puzzles involving medallions and a partner rescue. Leads to either the WRot Radio Station or Barlow’s Meat Shop.
2. WRot Radio Station: Requires solving a wave-matching puzzle and defeating a boss to obtain the Radio Station key, granting access to Rotwood Downtown.
3. Barlow’s Meat Shop: Accessed as Natalie. Involves finding a tape for a locker code, solving an animal skull puzzle, and defeating a boss for the Barlow’s Meat Shop Key to reach Rotwood Downtown.
4. Rotwood Downtown: The central hub requiring three unique canes (from the School, Crimson Reel, and Bethany’s) to unlock the gate to Rotwood Cemetery. Focus on evasion rather than combat for roaming enemies.
5. Bethany’s Curse And Crafts: Locate a garage with resources. Inside the store, find moth parts by solving a riddle involving portraits (The Lovers, The Devil, Death) and celestial bodies (Stars, Sun, Moon). Obtaining both parts and assembling them yields the first cane.
6. Gunderson’s General Store: Find a journal tape and a gun room key. Obtain the grenade launcher and a Ritual Medallion from Zach after encountering Bill. Exit through a sewer to reach another area.
7. Vincent Rypard’s House: Defeat zombies to enter. An optional puzzle involving Life, Pain, and Death portraits can be solved to access a basement laboratory and manually activate a sewer lift, saving your partner.
8. The Crimson Reel: Use the Ritual Medallion to enter. Obtain the Crimson Reel’s key from Video Outlaw’s basement by using a hammer to break planks and finding a journal tape and corpse. Defeat flying zombies to find the Serpent Cane in the movie room.
9. The Rotwood School: Navigate past small zombies to reach the safe room. Shotgun is effective here. Defeat a witch-like zombie to obtain the Skull Cane.
