Echoes of the Past

From the camp, head southeast to a dead deer. Look for a small ledge to the left of the deer for a Document [01/06 - Mongolian].

Continue southeast along the path. Look for a ledge above with a ruined wall. At the base, find a Document [02/06 - Mongolian].

Continue southeast to the bottom of the hill. To the right is a cave entrance. To its right is a platform with an Explorer’s Satchel, which updates your map with collectible locations.

Return to the Base Camp and head northeast. On the left, find a ledge with a Survival Cache [01/03] and a steep wooden wall to scramble up.

At the top, scramble up the tree in front of the raised ledge, then jump to the platform to find a Document [03/06 - Mongolian] and a cylinder of reagents.

From the top of the steep wooden wall, climb across a rope to a hunting platform for an Archivist’s Map, revealing collectible locations.

Return across the rope and follow the northern wall east to a cave. Inside, find three veins of Magnesite Ore and a Document [04/06 - Russian].

Exiting the cave, face the entrance and note the ledge to the right. Below the ledge in the snow, find a Survival Cache [02/03].

Climb onto the ledge by the cave entrance to find a chest with a Relic [01/03 – Crown of a Prince]. Examining the missing point boosts Mongolian language proficiency.

Proceed to the objective marker. Use the tree at the base of the wall to scramble up to a branch, then jump to the ledge above.

As you approach the clearing, a bear will appear. Sprint away, sticking to the path and using wooden structures to cross deep snow. Jump to the next section of path and keep moving until a scene plays.

Melee the bear as prompted until Lara escapes. Use the dodge button (B/Circle) to avoid its melee attacks and hit the button prompt when it appears to trigger another scene.
