Walkthrough

    Vainqueur: Play defensively. Prioritize establishing Divine Light on everyone, using Marco's Trans-turn if needed. Eruca needs a full Divine Light shield at all times due to her low HP. You can use Star Traps with Aht to defeat enemies one at a time, or use Will o' Wisp and/or Burst Light, boosted by Magic Rise, to hit them all at once.

    After defeating Vainqueur, you will complete [The Final Trial] sidequest and receive the TRUE HISTORICA (ATK+70/MAG+34/SPD+5).

    Rest at an inn and return to the "The Black Guardians" node.

    Bring Aht and Marco into your party, equipping the accessories you had before.

    Examine the black glow in the lower right corner for your first final boss.

    Palomides, Pure Ice x2: Have Marco use Magic Rise, Aht lay a Volt Star Trap behind Palomides, and Stocke use Push Assault to quickly defeat him. Then, use two Will o' Wisps to defeat the Pure Ices.

Then, use Cross Star and two Heat Blades on Garland, which will take out the two Silent Souls. Dancing Death and a G-Fire should finish off Garland.

    For defeating them, you will unlock the [Warlord in Black] node.

    Bring in Raynie and Gafka.

    Examine the lower left black glow for another boss.

    Guardian: Stocke and Raynie should use Magic Herbs on themselves, while Gafka uses Change on the Guardian's turn. Repeat this to string together seven consecutive turns. Use 3 Musous, 2 G-Fires, and 2 G-Thunders for the win.

    Floating Stone x2, Noble Flame x2, Viola: Use the Change command to string together three turns: one for Gafka and two for Stocke. One Musou and two Will o' Wisps should defeat everyone except Viola. Another Musou and some G-elemental spells will defeat her.

    Black Chronicle, Shadow: The real target is the Black Chronicle. You cannot damage it unless a Shadow is on the same tile with it. Use a Magic Herb on Eruca, Push Assault the Shadow onto the Chronicle, and use G-Frost for some damage. It will summon more Shadows. Use the Change command to string together five consecutive turns: two for Gafka and three for Eruca. Have Gafka use Wind God Strike, Musou, and Eruca cast three G-Frosts to defeat the Black Chronicle.

    Apocrypha (Final Boss): This boss has three forms with no rest in between.

    Form 1: Use either Magic Herbs or Magic Boost on Stocke and Eruca. Two Musous, a G-Fire, and G-Frost should defeat its first form.
