    After initial dialogue, follow the path up to the next screen.

    Take either path to the right and walk down to the next screen to find a level (lever) to lower the nearby drawbridges.

    Hug the left wall around until you reach a large, open area.

    Go along the lower path on the left side to find a chest containing 2 HERBAL TEAS.

    Return to the open area and take the upper path on the right side.

    Head up the second path to a level (lever) to lower some drawbridges.

    Go back to the open area and follow the lower path on the right to a chest containing 2 SPECIAL TEAS.

    From the open area, walk down the right path on the lower side to find another lever.

    From the open area, take the left path on the lower side.

    Go left at the fork to a chest containing a MAIL VEST (DEF+22/MDF+17, equip on Stocke).

    Walk down from the fork and left to a chest containing 2000 G.

    Head right to find a girl named Claire. Escort her out of here. This will eventually unlock the [Escort] node to receive the SMALL SATCHEL and HOLY WATER.

    On the two paths on the right, find chests containing a WIND ARMLET (SPD+3) and 2 PANACEAS.

    Escort Claire out of the dungeon.

    From the entrance, go up one screen and right two screens.

    Go up the right path on the upper side to a chest containing 2 MANA CRYSTALS.

    Then, head up the left path to a chest containing a MEDICLOTH.

    Continue up, left, and up one screen to another open area.

    Pull the lever (Kronk) to lower the drawbridges.

    Take the lower path on the right to a chest containing 2000 G.

    Head right along the upper path on the right side to a ladder that leads inside the Granorg Palace.

    Go left to the Underground Passage, where you will be prompted for a decision. Choosing "I'll be the decoy" will unlock the [Fated Assassination] ending.

    Return to the [How to Disappear] node and advance the plot up to the same decision. Choosing to "Stick to stealth" will only lead to a dead end.

    If you have already resolved the [High Alert] roadblock, skip to GPLC1. Otherwise, return to "The Valkyrie" node in Alternate History to use the Mana Sight ability at the Sand Fortress.

Sand Fortress Walkthrough:

  1. On the first floor, search the lower right corner for a chest containing an EMERALD (Poison Res +6).
  2. Head to the upper right room and search the upper left corner for a white sparkle to disarm the first bomb.
  3. Continue through the dungeon, using bombs to disarm obstacles and find treasure.
  4. On the third floor, find a chest containing a LEAF RING.
  5. On the second floor, find chests containing 2000 G, a PANACEA PLUS, and 2 MANA CRYSTALS.
  6. On the first floor, find a chest containing a DARKSHIELD SCROLL.
Tips
  • You can skip escorting Claire for optional scenes, but you will eventually have to do it to unlock the [Escort] node.
  • The Emerald found in the Sand Fortress can be sold if you don't favor status-resisting equipment.
  • Use the Mana Sight ability to find hidden treasure in the Sand Fortress.
