    Run around the upper level with the shotgun or stakegun, avoiding devil monks. Collect gold from vases and barrels, and any health pickups.

    SECRET 1: In the open area, hit three vases to the left, then destroy boxes on the right. Climb the coffin, turn right, and quick-jump to a ledge to reach a secret area.

    SECRET 2: Drop to the lower level, smash vases, and jump onto a pillar. Run up the pillar, quick-jumping to squeeze under a gap. Turn around near the top, jump to a broken wall section, and then jump to reach a super-health pickup and a secret area.

    Proceed to Checkpoint 5. Kill nuns and monks, shoot barrels, grab armor, and drop to the lower level. Clear out remaining enemies until the door opens.

    Proceed to Checkpoint 6. Encounter more devil monks and psychonuns.

    SECRET 3: After clearing the area, a ladder to the right of the middle window is revealed. Climb it and head to the area where you found the health pickup earlier. Enter the previously locked secret area to collect remaining gold from vases and barrels if needed for the Tarot condition.

Phases:

  1. The Necrogiant is found in the arena. Avoid collecting all ammo and health to save time for the Tarot card.
  2. Grab the armor under the hut and run towards the Necrogiant, using the stakegun until close enough for the shotgun.
  3. Stay close to the Necrogiant, running and jumping under him to avoid his arm swing and ground spikes. Ignore minions.
  4. When the Necrogiant loses his chains, quicksave and activate cards. Continue shotgun blasts to defeat him before he summons whirlwinds.
  5. If you don't meet the 2:00 time limit for the Tarot card, reload and try again.

Secret Level: Prison

This secret level is unlocked by collecting all 22 tarot cards at Insomnia difficulty.
