How To Defeat Wavecleaver Urka

Struggling with Wavecleaver Urka in Outriders: Worldslayer? Learn how to dodge his Advancing Waters, Spear Throw, and Downpour attacks, and manage those pesky Wavewraiths.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Wavecleaver Urka is found in Daughter's Sanctuary, west of the Vestibule Crosroads after defeating The Arbiter of the Worthy.
• His main threats are his stunlocking abilities and the adds he summons.

Phases:

1. Advancing Waters: Urka dashes at you and swings his spear, followed by a water wave. Keep dodging until he stops, then focus on healing.
2. Wavewraiths: Urka summons stationary adds that shoot tidal waves. These must be dealt with quickly, as ignoring them will fill the arena with AoEs, making it hard to move and leaving you vulnerable to Urka's attacks. Getting hit by these waves will knock you down.
3. Spear Throw: Urka throws multiple spears at you or a random player. Maintain distance to give yourself more time to dodge.
4. Downpour: Urka leaps into the air and dives down at your location. Keep your distance and watch out for any stray tidal waves on the arena floor.

Strategy:

• The key to this fight is managing the adds. If you let the Wavewraiths build up, you'll be trapped in a storm of AoEs.
• Prioritize taking out the Wavewraiths as soon as they appear.
• When Urka uses Advancing Waters, just keep dodging. Don't try to get hits in; focus on survival until the attack ends.
• For Spear Throw and Downpour, maintaining distance is your best bet. This gives you more reaction time to dodge.
• Stay mobile and aware of your surroundings to avoid getting caught by any of his water-based attacks.
