Walkthrough

    From the previous area, eliminate the Red Dinos.

    Use a Wall-To-Wall Run to enter a small enclosure and defeat more Red Dinos.

    Enter the doorway across from where you landed to reach the See-Saw Room.

    AREA: SEE-SAW ROOM

    Before jumping on the see-saw, drop to the dry ledge on the right to find GOLDEN SCARAB #46.

    Jump on the see-saw. Run to the top as it descends and jump to the upper room before it shifts.

    In the upper cavern, destroy the bats and exit.

    Approach the boiling pot to pour Iron Ore onto the other side.

    Use the see-saw to reach the room above the exit door. Open the chest for an item.

    Return to the Ice Cavern. Save your game at Magma Lake first.

    Make your way back to the Ruins (where you found the SHIELD OF VIGOOR) to find the COG OF VIGOOR item.

    Next to where you find the COG OF VIGOOR is a Save Point. The GOLDEN SCARAB #47 is across from the Save Point.

    Save your game. Approach the ice chunk in the corner and slam it down to enter a new area.

    BOSS BATTLE: YOTUNFRAU

    The boss is a large, eyeless, legless beast. Its attacks include ICE POUND, a 3-HIT MELEE COMBO, GRAB-AND-CHOMP, and ICE BREATH.

    When the battle begins, approach and attack Yotunfrau while it's stationary.

    When it prepares its left arm for a melee combo, roll to the left and attack from behind.

    If it rears both arms, it's going for the grab and chomp. Jump straight up or backwards to evade.

    After evading, perform a hard combo.

    Upon defeating Yotunfrau, grab the EYE OF ICE item and leave the room.

    Exit Yotunfrau's cavern and use a Bird Flip to reach the top of the room.

    Jump down and Bird Flip to the top. Make your way back to the Magma Cavern.

    Go to the Save Point and SAVE your game. Replenish items at Muramasa's Statue.

    Place the COG OF VIGOOR on the door next to the Save Point and enter.

    BOSS BATTLE: FLAME WORM X2

    You fight two Flame Worms, but they share one life bar.

    Their attacks are similar to electric worms, plus a new FIRE RING attack, which can be evaded by jumping or rolling.

    When a worm sweeps its body, evade and counter with a Dabilahro combo.

    Defeat one worm to win. Grab the EYE OF FLAME and leave the room.
