Schemata Setup:

Passion Rouge (Default):
Weapon: Death Herald or other high magic weapon
Shield: Juno Sospita
Accessories: Stormbane Choker, Guard Glove
Abilities: Deprotect Lv 2, Guard Lv 2, Thundara Lv 2, Deshell Lv 2

This schema is for debuffing and defense. The Stormbane Choker protects against Noel’s attacks, and high Guard level allows blocking most hits. Use debuffs, guard, then attack with Thundara to build Noel’s stagger gauge.

Dragon’s Blood:
Weapon: Battleaxe of the Believer or a high strength weapon
Shield: Night Lotus
Accessories: Fighter’s Emblem, Thunderbird Bracelet
Abilities: Heavy Slash Lv 3, Steelguard Lv 1, Attack Lv 1, Sparkstrike Lv 2

This schema is for maximizing damage after Noel is staggered. The Battleaxe of the Believer is ideal due to its high strength. Fighter’s Emblem and Thunderbird Bracelet (for Enthunder) boost damage significantly.

Electronica:
Weapon: Death Herald or other weapon with a high magic stat
Shield: Pendragon
Accessories: Magician’s Token, Healer’s Lore
Abilities: Fira Lv 2, Guard Lv 1, Thunder+ Lv 2, Firaga (or another strong spell with high stagger potential)

This schema is for building Noel’s stagger gauge. Use Thunder+ for damage and stagger, interspersed with abilities from other schemas. A good weapon enhances Thunder+ effectiveness, and the Pendragon shield boosts HP for offense.

Strategy:

1. Start with the Passion Rouge schema and cast Deprotect and Deshell on Noel, as he is vulnerable to both. Maintain these debuffs throughout the battle.
2. Guard Noel’s immediate weapon attack after debuffing him.
3. Switch to the Electronica schema to build Noel’s Stagger Wave using Thunder+ and other abilities like Sparkstrike and Thundara. Ensure Deprotect and Deshell remain active.
4. Once Noel is staggered, switch to the Dragon’s Blood schema (if not already using it) and unleash Overclock.
5. Execute a massive Sparkstrike assault. When the Attack option changes to Launch, immediately use it.
6. During Launch and with a full ATB bar, Heavy Slash on the Dragon’s Blood schema will change to Smite. Use Smite for massive damage. This can potentially defeat Noel in one burst and unlock the “Fatal Impact” achievement.
7. After the initial burst, return to basic attacks. Guard Noel’s Meteor Javelin attack while using the Passion Rouge schema.
8. A final burst of Thunder+ should defeat Noel quickly.
