If you've been keeping up, you should have more than enough by Day 5.

Whats In A Brew

This 3-star difficulty quest requires you to have finished “Fresh Fertilizer,” “Moghan’s Plea,” and “Gatekeeper’s Curiosity.” You'll need 10 Arboreal Spores, 20 Goopy Goo, and 50 Slug Sweets. The rewards are quite good: a Purple Chocobo Chick, a Black Chocobo Chick, and an Ether, plus stat boosts of +30 HP, +3 Strength, and +5 Magic. Goopy Goo comes from Triffids, which are common in the Wildlands. Arboreal Spores should be plentiful if you've been fighting Dryads. The source suggests saving this quest for the final days, as the Ether reward is more valuable then.

Brain Over Brawn

Available from Day 7, this 2-star difficulty quest needs you to collect Sinister Fangs. You'll get 650 Gil, the Shogun’s Mustache, and the Politician’s Beard as rewards, along with +20 HP and +3 Strength. Sinister Fangs are dropped by Reavers, which you should have encountered plenty of by Day 7. They roam the Wildlands and other areas, and even appear on highways from Day 9 onwards.

A Prayer to a Goddess

This 3-star difficulty quest requires you to complete “For The Future” and “Brain Over Brawn.” You'll need 5 Sinister Fangs and 5 AMP Chips. The rewards include Cie’th Wings and a Behemoth Crest, plus +30 HP, +4 Strength, and +2 Magic. You can get the Sinister Fangs from Reavers and the AMP Chips from Aster Protoflorians. You should be pretty good at hunting these by now.
