You no longer have your Mothership (MS). All personnel have transferred to the Sa'Juuk. Your only production facilities are any remaining carriers and a Shipyard (SY) if you still possess one. Leave the Sa'Juuk for now and send your fleet to aid in the Hiigaran defense. Construct 9 Ion Platforms and 12 Interceptors. Trade any Bombers for Interceptors.

Three Mothership-class hyperspace signatures will appear – these are the Planet Killers. They are defenseless, launch weak missiles, and can only be harmed by the Sa'Juuk. They are firing planetary deprivation missiles at the planet.

Hyperspace the Sa'Juuk to the far-left SY marked on the sensor manager. Destroy the SY, then the Planet Killer.

Once 4 Interceptors are built, estimate a line from each Planet Killer to the asteroid belt in the middle of the map. Position your Interceptors along these lines to intercept the planetary deprivation missiles. Send 4 Interceptors to each of the 3 points along the asteroid belt.

As the first Planet Killer is destroyed, hyperspace the Sa'Juuk to the far-right Planet Killer. Destroy its accompanying SY or carrier, then the Planet Killer itself. Ensure your Interceptors destroy any launched missiles before they reach the asteroid belt; otherwise, you will be doomed. Once your Ion Platforms are complete, position them above the asteroid belt as a precaution.

When the second Planet Killer is destroyed, the last one will launch a barrage of missiles. Hyperspace the Sa'Juuk to it and destroy it. Clean up any remaining missiles while the Sa'Juuk attacks. Once the last Planet Killer is destroyed, the entire Vaygr fleet will flee, and the final missiles will detonate, completing the mission and the game.
