First off, you'll need to keep an eye on your character's needs. The game tracks your Hunger and Thirst, so make sure you're always looking for ways to replenish them. You'll also want to pay attention to Happiness, as it affects how well your settlers work. To keep everyone happy and fed, you'll be diving into Meals and managing your Settlers.

Resources are scattered across various Islands. You'll find places like Astro Island, Bird Island, and Cow Island, each offering different materials and opportunities. Don't forget about Fishing Island for some aquatic resources, and keep an eye out for special islands like Moon Island and the Wizard Island (DLC) if you have it.

To make use of the resources you gather, you'll be building various structures. There are specific Animal Buildings to house your livestock, your main Base structures, and of course, Crafting stations. You'll also find Decor items to spruce up your settlement, Food production buildings, Magic structures, Oil and Energy facilities, and buildings related to People and Underwater resources.

• Quick Building Interactions: Want to quickly put materials into a farm or take out finished goods? Use Shift + right-click to deposit items into a building, and Ctrl + right-click to extract the output. Super handy for when you're busy!
• Getting Milk: To get milk, you'll need to purchase cows from the farmer on Cow Island. Once you have them, build Barns for them, and these will handle both inputting feed and outputting milk.
• Mysterious Islands: If you see a desert island with someone stuck in a smelter, don't worry about it for now. It's still a work in progress and not something you need to interact with yet.
