First things first, head over to Luigi's Sex Club Seven. You'll get a call from him, and he'll tell you that Misty, a girl you met earlier, has been kidnapped and is being held at the hospital. Your job is to go pick her up and bring her back to Luigi.

Hop into a car and make your way to the hospital. It's not too far from the Sex Club, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding it. Just follow your GPS.

Once you arrive at the hospital, you'll see Misty waiting outside. Get out of your car and approach her. She'll get in with you, and then you need to drive her back to Luigi's place.

This is the part where you need to be careful. While Misty isn't exactly a damsel in distress who's going to be attacked by enemies, you do need to drive her back without damaging the car too much. Luigi's not going to be happy if you bring back a wreck.

Just drive carefully, avoid any major collisions, and get Misty back to the Sex Club Seven.

Tips

Don't try to be a hero and go looking for the kidnappers. The game doesn't really set up a scenario for that in this mission. Just focus on picking up Misty and getting her back safely.
Pay attention to the car's condition. If it gets too damaged, you might get a less-than-thrilled reaction from Luigi, and it's just good practice for later missions.
If you get into a chase with the police, try to lose them before you pick up Misty, or be extra careful driving with her in the car.
