Start the mission by heading to Luigi's Sex Club 7 in Saint Mark's.

After the cutscene, get into the car provided.

Drive to the hospital located in the northeast part of Portland.

Pick up Misty. She will get into the car.

Drive Misty to Luigi's Sex Club 7. Be careful not to get her killed, as she is a vital character for future missions.

Tips

The car you use for this mission is a Cheetah. It's a fast car, but not very durable.
Be aware that Triads will attack you on the way to Luigi's club. Try to lose them or take them out quickly.
If Misty dies, you will fail the mission and have to restart. Drive carefully and avoid unnecessary damage.
