Map Location:

You'll find the actual treasure map itself as soon as you arrive in the area called Stone Falls. Keep an eye out to your right when you get there. There's a zipline nearby that's actually a bit of a hint for deciphering the map later, but for now, just grab the map itself next to the rock.

Treasure Location:

Now, to dig up the treasure, you need to head over to the Isle of Death. This is located west of Týr’s Temple. Once you get there, climb your way to the top. You're looking for a broken ship hull. Inside this wreck, you'll find the treasure hoard. There's also a zipline leading east from the hull, which might be a clue for another map, but the treasure is right there in the hull.
