Alright, so you've made it to Sincerity Island! Don't let the name fool you, it's pretty straightforward. There are no enemies or chests to worry about here, just a teleporter that'll whisk you away. Step inside, and you're off to the next area!

Before we move on, though, let's check out the surrounding spots. First up is Cello Tree. It looks nice, and you'll want to head up the stairs towards the cottage for a cutscene. After the old lady leaves, check the front of the house – you'll find a Saint's Mirror. Then, approach the Cello Tree itself and search its base. You're looking for Score Piece 22. Once you've got that, save your game. We're heading to Cowbell Heights next.

Next, we've got Cowbell Heights. Yeah, the name's a bit silly, but the place itself is actually quite pleasant, even if it's super short. Just walk down the dirt trail and through the plains. You'll eventually reach the base of Mt. Rock. No items or enemies here, so just enjoy the scenery!

Now for Mt. Rock. This is where things get a bit more interesting. You'll encounter enemies like Gyaman, L'Opera General, and Standard Bearer. Keep an eye out for these items: Antelope Armor, No Name, and Sunbringer.

Right at the entrance, you'll find a Save Point and a merchant. It's a good spot to stock up on supplies and save your progress before heading further into the mountain. When you're ready, move on to the next section.

The path at the base of the mountain is narrow and crawling with monsters. Honestly, it's probably best to just cut through the crowd instead of trying to sneak around everyone. You'll reach the next area pretty quickly.

The Main Area is just a small strip of land. Take out the enemies here, and the path will eventually lead you to some mine tracks and a cave. Head on into the cave to continue your journey.
