Guide to Eternal Strands North (3), including finding the Lace Veil, performing a duet with Strolling Ghost Note, and navigating Forte City.

Cross the stone bridge and defeat the Eternal Greens. A chest on a jutting part of the road contains a Lace Veil. In a second playthrough, you will find Strolling Ghost Note near this chest, allowing you to perform a duet.

Forte City

Upon arriving in Forte City, save your game. Enter the building on the right, which is the inn. A cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (a non-interactive story sequence) will begin, introducing Koto. She asks you to find her friend Phil, who has wandered off. Before leaving the inn, check the back left corner for 100G.

Speak with the inhabitants to gather clues about Phil's whereabouts. Start with the woman near the billboard, then speak to the man in front of the shop next to the tavern. He will ask for 100 Gold. Give him the 100G you found in the inn. This action allows you to access the shop.

Sell any of Beat's pictures and purchase recommended items: an Oak Barrel for Frederic, a Wolf's Fang for Beat, a Walloon Sword for Allegretto, and a Pair Jacket for Viola. Once prepared, proceed north to the Castle Gate.
