Walkthrough
- 1From Gore Nest #2, follow a dirt path to an enclosure. Climb blocks to reach a greenlit ledge. Jump across to enter the Lab's lower story. Clear out Possessed Guards, Imps, Possessed, and Possessed Engineers. A checkpoint is awarded upon clearing the area.
- 2Mission 4: Fight: Icy Gore Nest #3. There are three entrances: Lower (from Gore Nest 2), Mid-Lower (from the blue force field, labeled "COOLING TOWER"), and Upper (from the exterior walkway near Elite Guard #2). The approach matters little. Prefight: deal with 5? Imps, 2? Possessed Soldiers, and The Possesseds.
- 3SECRET 4.1: Access this area through the door on the lowest floor. Find the Auto-Map and trigger a checkpoint. This also contributes to the "Bird's Eye View" Combat Challenge.
- 4Fight: After destroying the Gore Nest, a Hell Knight, Hell Razers, and Imps spawn. Gas and supplies are available on the second level.
- 5Post-Fight: Destroy the Argent Filter. Collect the Munitions Crate, Gas??, Health Station, and CODEX ENTRY "Monsters / Hell Knight". Exit for the final battle in this icy area.
- 6Mission 4: Fight: Destroying the Icy Argent Filter. Exit the control booth to face the Summoner. The Rocket Launcher (Lock-On recommended) or Chainsaw are effective, but any weapon can work. This fight also includes 3? Imps and a Hell Razer. A checkpoint is awarded.
- 7Exit the building through the top exit above the Auto-Map. Follow the walkway, dealing with spawning Possesseds and a Hell Razer. At the end, find ELITE GUARD 4.2.
- 8Mission 4: After Destroying the 3 Argent Filters. A new Gore Nest appears on the upper story. Reach it from the building below (which housed Argent Filter #2). Climb crates to the upper story of the hangar, near Rune #2.
- 9Exit the door toward the waypoint (approx. 80m away). Stock up if needed. A Munitions Crate is ahead, and to the left is the exit to the Gore Nest.
- 10Mission 4: Fight: Final Gore Nest. Pre-Fight: engage 2 Possessed Soldiers, a Hell Razer, and an Imp. Destroy the Nest.
- 11Fight: A Hell Knight and a Summoner are the main enemies, supported by Imps and Hell Razers. A Berserk Powerup is available, which can significantly aid in defeating enemies, especially with Praetor Suit upgrades.
- 12Mission 4: Destroy Primary Argent Filter. Enter the building and face left for ELITE GUARD 4.4. Follow the waypoint to another Argent Filter, destroy it, and watch the cut-scene. Follow the waypoint to Exit the Facility.
- 13Mission 5: Argent Energy Tower "Argent Tower". You gain Jump Boots and cross a damaged bridge to the Tower. The level involves ascending the tower.
- 14Combat Challenges Notes:
- 15Chiropractor: Imps are scarce in convenient locations. Lure them into Glory Kill range, which may require patience and the Dazed and Confused Rune.

- 17Overkiller: Three Quad Damage Powerups are available: outside the tower, in the base of the tower, and in the final fight. Plasma Gun/Heat Blast recommended for bulk killing.

Drop to the lower level to find a locker room with the needed boots. Encounter approximately 3 Possessed Soldiers, 3 Hell Razers, and 3 Possessed Engineers.
- 19Mission 5: Maintenance Hanger miscellany. Enter the hangar.
Tips
- Use the Berserk Powerup in the final Gore Nest fight to your advantage, especially with Praetor Suit upgrades.
- The Dazed and Confused Rune can be helpful for the Chiropractor challenge.
- Lock-On Rockets are effective against the Summoner.
