Optimize your Scout in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor with builds focusing on critical hits, mobility, and precision damage.

The Scout is characterized by high mobility and precision damage. Their starting weapons often include the DeepCore GK2 and Zhukov NUK17, both excellent for single-target damage and critical hits. The achievement 'Run for the hills' is unlocked by simply acquiring the Scout.

Recommended Scout Build Strategy:

• Primary Focus: Maximize Critical Hit Chance and Damage. Aim for the 'Squint and squeeze the trigger' achievement (75% crit chance).
• Weapons: DeepCore GK2 (Overclock: DeepCore GK2) and Zhukov NUK17 (Overclock: Zhukov NUK17) are core. Consider adding the M1000 (Overclock: M1000) for high single-shot damage or the Nishanka Boltshark (Overclock: Nishanka Boltshark) for specialized attacks.
• Utilities: Cryo Grenade (Overclock: Cryo Grenade) is excellent for crowd control and setting up critical hits on frozen targets.
• Stats: Prioritize Movement Speed ('It's got electrolytes' at 50% move speed) to maintain distance and dodge. Reload Speed ('Swift guns for swift hands' at 75% reload speed) is also valuable for sustained DPS. Invest in Luck to increase critical hit frequency and better upgrade options.
• Playstyle: Keep moving, kite enemies, and focus fire on high-priority targets. Use Cryo Grenades to freeze swarms, then unleash critical damage.

A strong Scout build can quickly eliminate threats and navigate dangerous environments with ease, making them ideal for players who enjoy an agile, damage-focused playstyle.
