Craft powerful Driller builds in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, specializing in area-of-effect damage, status effects, and crowd control.

The Driller excels at area-of-effect (AoE) damage and terrain manipulation, making them masters of crowd control. Unlocking the Driller earns the 'Dig down deep' achievement. Their signature weapons include the CRSPR Flamethrower and Corrosive Sludge Pump, both designed to clear large groups of enemies.

Recommended Driller Build Strategy:

• Primary Focus: Maximize AoE damage and Status Effects (Fire, Corrosive, Cryo). Aim for 'Freezing hot acid' (2,500,000 Status Effect Damage).
• Weapons: CRSPR Flamethrower (Overclock: CRSPR Flamethrower) and Corrosive Sludge Pump (Overclock: Sludge Pump) are essential. The Colette Wave Cooker (Overclock: Wave Cooker) synergizes well with other status effects. The Cryo Cannon (Overclock: Cryo Cannon) offers an alternative crowd control option.
• Utilities: High Explosive Grenade (Overclock: HE Grenade) for burst AoE or Neurotoxin Grenade (Overclock: Neurotoxin Grenade) for sustained damage over time.
• Stats: Focus on Damage, Area of Effect, and Projectile Count ('Count em!' at 150,000 projectiles). Max HP ('Delicious BLT' at 300 Max HP) and Armor ('Why so Salty?' at 50 armor) are also beneficial for surviving close-quarters combat.
• Playstyle: Engage swarms directly, using your AoE weapons to melt groups. Create tunnels and choke points with your drills to funnel enemies.
