Alright, so you're looking for Karla, huh? She's a bit of a hidden gem, and you'll need a specific key to even get to her. She's tucked away in a locked cell right at the bottom of the Irithyll Dungeon. To get that key, the Jailer’s Key Ring, you'll need to push through the Irithyll Dungeon all the way to the roof of the church in the Profaned Capital's toxic swamp. It sounds like a trek, but it's worth it!
Once you manage to free her, she'll pack up and head over to Firelink Shrine. You'll find her chilling in that little alcove just under Andre the Blacksmith. Karla's got a unique taste in tomes – she's the one who'll accept those dark sorcery books that the other NPCs turn their noses up at. The more of these dark tomes you give her, the more her inventory will expand, offering you some really interesting options.
