Alright, let's talk about planting the bomb. This is a crucial part of winning rounds, so knowing where and how to do it can make a huge difference. We'll cover the common spots for both Bombsite A and Bombsite B.

Bombsite A Planting:

If your team has managed to take control of Bombsite A, you'll likely have A Main locked down. From there, you need to decide if you want your bomb watch position to cover Ivy or Popdog. If you're aiming for Popdog, or if neither of those is a priority, the safest bet is to plant the bomb at the end of the car that's closest to Popdog. If you're watching Ivy, plant it on the side of the car that's furthest away from Connector.

Bombsite B Planting:

For Bombsite B, the go-to spot is usually at the end of the car closest to Brown Halls. The reason for this is that most Counter-Terrorist rotations will be coming from the opposite side of the site. Planting here is also the fastest way to get the bomb down, which can be important for your team's economy.

Important Planting Tip:

A key thing to remember, no matter which bombsite you're on, is that you should NEVER PLANT DIRECTLY ON THE BOMB CARS THEMSELVES. Planting on the frames is generally fine, but unless you absolutely need a super-safe plant where you can stay glued to the bomb until it detonates, it's not ideal to jump onto the bomb cars' platforms. Why? Because you should always be planting the bomb somewhere you can actually see it. Think of it like babysitting – you always want to keep an eye on the 'kid' (the bomb) so you can react instantly if something goes wrong.
