    Start by building a Refinery, Radar Tower, and Barracks.

    Construct Tesla Coils and overload them. Build more Tesla Reactors if needed.

    Move your tanks out of your base to destroy the Propaganda Truck. Pick up the crate it leaves behind and return to base.
