CUB8 - Domination

Capturing Flags: Stand within a flag's capture radius until a progress bar fills. This takes approximately 8-10 seconds solo, but is faster with teammates. The capture radius is small, making it dangerous under fire.

Scoring Points: Earn 1 point for your team every 4-5 seconds a flag is held. Holding multiple flags grants multipliers: x2 for two flags, x3 for all three. Holding no flags awards no points.

Spawning: You typically spawn near captured flags. Holding all three allows spawning anywhere, while holding one results in spawning very close to it. If the enemy holds all flags, you are being 'Dominated'.

Winning the Match: The first team to reach 200 points wins. Unlike other modes, there is no time limit; victory is solely based on score. (Note: In Team Tactical, the score limit is 150 points).

Strategic Map Locations: On maps like Bloc, Wetworks, and Bog, capturing the central Flag B first is often crucial for victory.

Kill Streaks and Bonuses: While kills are secondary to objectives, kill streaks can assist. Use airstrikes near enemy-held flags, as enemies are forced to spawn near their last remaining flag.

Defending Flags: Players often use C4 and Claymores to protect flags. Be aware of these traps when approaching.

Countering Traps: To safely capture a flag suspected of having C4 or Claymores, either run through the flag area quickly to trigger traps or throw a fragmentation grenade near the flag post first.

Sniping Opportunities: Domination is ideal for sniping due to players often standing still while capturing flags.
