The Carnival is located on the southwest portion of Old Bullworth Vale. It's a place for games, prizes, rides, and has an Infirmary. Porta-Pottys can be used to hide from police.

Bullworth Lake is at the very south of Old Bullworth Vale. It offers swimming and exploration. The beach runs along the north and east sides, with the Beach Clubhouse (a Save House) on the west side of the beach at the start of a small pier.

Bullworth Town, north of Bullworth Academy via the Central Bridge, features a Shiny Bikes Shop, Barber Shop, Clothes Shop, Infirmary, Police Station, Town Hall, Gas Station, In and Out Motel, and the Dragon's Wings Comics Store.

The Order of Things (Part 3) advises focusing on reaching Chapter III quickly to unlock remaining classes. It recommends obtaining the Rubber Band [BLT-RB46], all available Transistors, and Hobo fighting moves before continuing the Main Story. Players should also visit the Carnival to play each of the four Carnival Games at least once to unlock the {It's All In the Wrists} Achievement and collect at least ten Tickets for a Chapter II mission, saving other Carnival activities for Chapter III. Additionally, purchase the Aquaberry Vest and/or Aquaberry Sweater from Aquaberry Fashions in Old Bullworth Vale for upcoming Chapter II missions. Buy 100 Sodas from any Yum Yum Market to unlock the Free Soda Reward, the {Soda 'Licious} Achievement, and contribute to 100% Completion. Continue buying Sodas to get the Two Can Hat and more completion percentage; exit and re-enter the store if it runs out. Finally, purchase several Boxes of Chocolates for later use.
