Walkthrough

    Use the Super Slingshot to defeat the Nerds near the gate.

    Use the Spud Cannon to destroy the Observatory doors.

    As Nerds appear with Bottle Rocket Launchers, shoot them down with your Slingshot.

    Continue using the Spud Cannon on the doors until they are destroyed.

    After gaining access to the Observatory, this part of the mission is complete. You will lose 100 Nerd Respect and gain 5 Jock Respect.

This leads to a confrontation with the Nerd Leader, Earnest Jones.

Boss Fight: Earnest Jones

You will start with full health. Earnest is on a segmented catwalk held by cranes.

  1. Stay behind a column and shoot the highlighted cranes with your Slingshot. Each crane requires three hits.
  2. After destroying the two cranes in the first section, Earnest will move to another part of the catwalk and throw Fire Crackers. Destroy the two cranes in this section.
  3. Earnest will move again and begin firing his Spud Gun erratically. Stay behind cover until there's a break in his firing pattern, then shoot the cranes.
  4. Destroying the final two cranes completes the mission.
  • The Solar System Mobile Trophy (placed over your bed).
  • Nerd Respect +50.
  • Earnest's picture for the Yearbook.
  • The Spud Gun will now spawn at all Save Houses.

In addition to earning the Spud Gun, you can find the Spud Gun and Bottle Rocket Launchers at the following locations:

  • Bullworth Academy:
    • Bottle Rocket Launcher: To the left of the Observatory entrance (Map: H-9).
    • Spud Gun: Behind the wall south of the Library entrance (Map: G-9).
    • Spud Gun: To the right of the Observatory entrance (Map: H-9).
  • Old Bullworth Vale:
    • Bottle Rocket Launcher: Next to the north side of the car garage at 23 Estate Road (Map: B-3).
    • Bottle Rocket Launcher: In the north-south alley behind the Movie Theater (Map: E-5).
    • Bottle Rocket Launcher: On the barge east of the main pier in Bullworth Lake (Map: F-6).
  • Bullworth Town:
    • Bottle Rocket Launcher: In the alley just north of the Bullworth
