Here's to You Ms. Philips: This mission is available between 3:30 PM and 7 PM. Jimmy interrupts Ms. Philips while she's painting. She asks Jimmy to pick up a Dress, a Necklace, and Perfume for her. Use a vehicle like the Red BMX or Scooter for speed. As you leave campus, a Greaser will start chasing you. Go to Old Bullworth Vale Hair, Nails & Beauty to get the Perfume. Upon leaving, you'll be attacked by three Greasers, two throwing eggs and one chasing you. It's advised to ignore them as they don't do significant damage and beating them won't stop the chase. Next, go to Aquaberry Fashions for the Ms. Philips Pearl Necklace and then to the Worn In Used Clothing store for the Ms. Philips Red Dress. Return to Ms. Philips to complete the mission. You discover she is in love with Mr. Galloway, not Jimmy.

Galloway Away: This mission is available when class is not in session and before 7 PM. Ms. Philips explains her love for Mr. Galloway, who is being sent to dry out at Happy Volts Asylum, with staff instructed not to let her see him. Jimmy agrees to help. Travel to the Observatory tunnels and follow the yellow X's to Happy Volts Asylum. After meeting Ms. Philips, find another way inside as visiting hours are over. Go to the yellow X, climb the tree, and enter the asylum. You'll meet a patient who warns you not to anger the large, light-covered statue. Destroy the statue's power source without being seen. Crouch and sneak along the high ledge south of the statue. When the orderly patrolling the west side heads north, go northwest to the west hedge and continue until you see a break. When the orderly heads south again, go to the north part of the break, ready your Slingshot, and shoot the light through the hedge break to power down the statue. Now, sneak inside without being seen; it's easier due to less light and the distracted orderlies. After going through the second door into A Block, go along the left corridor to avoid orderlies dealing with another patient, and make your way to Mr. Galloway's cell. Meeting Mr. Galloway completes the mission.
