Walkthrough

    After activating the switch, return to Zoe.

    Follow Zoe to the Chem Plant. After the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (an in-game movie), Zoe will distract other Townies, allowing you to proceed to the top of the plant.

    At the top, you will encounter Omar and two other Townies. You must defeat all three to proceed.

    Near the end of the tunnel you came from, you may notice a crawl hole to your left. This leads to a hidden room containing a Stink Bomb, a Can of Spuds, and a Baseball Bat. This room is only accessible during this mission.

    To defeat Omar and his allies, retreat into the tunnel; they will not follow you inside.

    Use the zoom function on the Super Slingshot to peek around the corner and use charged shots to aim for their heads.

    After defeating the three enemies, retrieve the key from Omar and enter the plant.

    Inside the plant, you will find Edgar Munsen.

    To reach Edgar, who is in an elevator going down, you must descend ladders, walk over cylinders, crawl under pipes, and tightrope walk on piping.

    During the fight, Edgar will use a pipe as a weapon. Drop your shield, rush him, and use the Spud Gun to club him. You can still damage him even when he is using the pipe for defense.
