Answer distress call: Start in Meridian Outskirts. Head east, sticking to the southern wall, and defeat Ratch. Beware of Firebrands, which are immune to Incendiary damage. Locate a Dead Claptrap in a southern cave.

Continue west, defeating COV enemies and Enforcers. Enforcers have shields that block frontal attacks; flank them or target their legs. Meet Lorelei for an update.

Contact Rhys, follow Lorelei: Follow Lorelei west. Use Vending Machines. A Bounty Board offers the "Healers and Dealers" Side Mission. Consider returning to Sanctuary for Tannis's "Just a Prick" Side Mission. Talk to Lorelei to proceed and get a vehicle.

Travel through Meridian Spillways: Explore the area. To the west, find the "Healers and Dealers" contact and Eridian Writing. To the east, find a Typhon Log under a stone tower near the Fast Travel Station.

Defeat COV Outrunners. Sabotage a Crimson Radio. Head northwest to find a Hijack Target; climb containers and platforms to reach it and return it to a Catch-A-Ride.

Find another Typhon Log northeast of the vehicle spawn, between crates. Continue west to Lorelei’s stronghold. Grab an Echo Log and follow her inside.

Pick up the "Maliwannabees" Side Mission. Find the third Typhon Log and a Red Chest. If you've found all Logs, you'll encounter the Dead Drop.

Follow Lorelei to defend civilians from Maliwan soldiers, including Assault Troopers. Assault Troopers have Shields, so use Shock weapons.

Head upstairs. Locate an elevator to the left. If the Dead Drop is revealed, use the elevator to access it.

Follow Lorelei to finish the last Maliwans and enter Meridian Metroplex.

Liberate Watershed Base: In Meridian Metroplex, Lorelei leads you north. Use Vending Machines if needed. Prepare to fight Assault Troops.
