ECHOnet Neutrality

Talk to Edgren: First things first, head to Roland's Rest and find Edgren. He's the quest giver for this one and will tell you about some trouble at the ECHO Repeater Center. Listen to what he has to say, and then it's off to the waypoint he gives you.

Locate UG-THAK: Make your way to the ECHO Repeater Center. Once you're inside, you'll see a wooden plank blocking a door. Just melee it to break it down. Inside, you'll find a computer. Interact with it – this will reveal our target, UG-THAK. Now, turn to your right and give UG-THAK a few shots.

Open Tubes / Destroy UG-THAK: Uh oh, looks like UG-THAK just popped up a shield, making him invulnerable. While Edgren figures out how to break that shield, you'll have to deal with the waves of COV enemies that show up. Clear them all out. Once the coast is clear, Edgren will tell you to open some tubes around the area. Just follow the waypoint on your map to each tube and interact with the round handles to open them. After you've opened all the tubes, head back to where UG-THAK is. With his shield down, you should be able to finish him off for good.

Talk to Edgren: Last step! Head back to Edgren at Roland's Rest and report in. You've completed the ECHOnet Neutrality mission!
