Atlas, At Last

Make preparations and return to Meridian Metroplex. Head to the far north of the area to find a large group of Maliwan Troopers supported by a Dropship. Ignore the turrets of the Dropship and deal with any Badass enemies first, then finish off the stragglers. Defeat one more group as you approach the secret Atlas HQ entrance down the stairs to the west.

Head forward inside Atlas HQ and wait for Liam to open the door. Proceed through the foyer and into the Courtyard of Innovation.

Engage the first group of Maliwan Troopers, focusing on the Heavy. For the next group, which includes many Badass enemies and a troublesome NOG accompanied by Heavies, ignore the Heavy and focus on the NOG and Badass enemies first. Don’t stay in the open against enemies in the courtyard. Elemental weapons are effective against Nullhounds.

Continue west to encounter more groups, including Overspheres. Prioritize targets among the Maliwan forces. Before reaching the stairs to the upper walkway, find a White Chest and resupply containers. You will encounter Ratch in the corridors.

In the control room for the turrets, defeat a single Nullhound. These enemies rush you and have both Armor and a Shield, so use a weapon that deals weakness to both, or the Legendary SMG from Katagawa Ball, to defeat it and reboot the defense cannons.

Exit via the door to the east and engage a group of Maliwan, including Breach Troopers. Keep your distance and take them out. Continue until you spot stairs leading up to the south. Follow the upper walkway to the eastern end to find a White Chest and the first Typhon Log. You may encounter Power Troopers here. Return to the stairs, head up, and defeat the group of Maliwan led by a Heavy before entering.

Inside the lobby, a large group of Maliwan attack along with Defender spheres, which shield their allies. Focus on the Defenders and Jet Troopers first, utilizing available cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects). After clearing the lobby, take the stairs on your right and enter the room on your immediate left to find a Dead Claptrap behind the bar. Find the next Typhon Log to the south on the upper floor. In the offices to the left of the upper floor, you will find the way to the Dead Drop once the final Log is found.

Drop down to the lobby ahead and prepare for a battle with an Arbalest and Nullhounds. Use your Action Skill on the Arbalest if available. Resupply with ammo from scattered containers and try to avoid staying in the center. After the battle, resupply and head through the doors to reach the last defense cannons and activate them.

Head outside to the walkway and man the turrets to hold off swarms of Maliwan forces while Rhys works on the laser. Focus on Heavies first, as their elemental blasts can destroy your defenses. Leave the turret to recover shields when needed.

On the upper walkway, head southwest to find the third and final Typhon Log. Jump down and follow the edge southeast to a walkway below. Jump to its edge and follow it to Crimson Radio and another White Chest. Consider returning to the offices to loot the Dead Drop. Take the central elevator up.

Follow the corridor into Rhys’ office and note the Eridium Writing to the right. Touch the lamp on his desk to reveal a secret entrance down to the rooftop.
