    Exit the gondola and loot the area. Proceed up the stairs and enter the door to the left, killing the two Vox soldiers inside. Use a Devil's Kiss vigor on the oil slick for an easier fight.

    Enter the door on the left within this room. You can have Elizabeth open a safe here, which requires 5 lock picks and contains cash.

    At the far end of this room, open another door to find the new weapon, Hail Fire.

    Return to the main room and defeat the two new enemies that appear. You can use the Veni! Vidi! Vigor! and Minuteman’s Armory vending machines if needed.

    Continue down the hallway to the right of the vending machines. About three-quarters of the way up, look for a chest on the left with a corpse. A Voxophone [1/5] is on the floor below the chest, and a lock pick is on the chest.

    Continue past the Minuteman’s Armory vending machine and between the two bathrooms to find a Kinetoscope [1/1]. An RPG is in the furthest toilet. Loot the rest of the bar and return outside.

    Climb the stairs and use Elizabeth to open a tear at the top, which will bring in a friendly auto-turret.

    Proceed into the room ahead and kill the 4 Vox soldiers and the fireman. A Minuteman’s Armory vending machine is at the back right of the room.

    Climb the stairs at the back of the room to enter a large open area. Upon reaching the top, you will encounter Vox soldiers and a Motorized Patriot. If you have salts, possess the Motorized Patriot to help defeat its allies.

    After the initial fight, more enemies will spawn. Utilize the tears in the area: a Tesla coil trap on the left and right sides of the ground floor, a box of medical packs between the sets of stairs, a Crank Gun at the top of the left stairs, a Volley Gun and ammo on a small balcony on the right, and pieces of cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) at the top of the right and left stairs.

    Approximately 20-22 Vox soldiers and 2 firemen will attack from the left, right, and both sets of back stairs. Stay near your entry point and have Elizabeth phase in the Tesla coil traps while you use your vigors and weapons.

    Cautiously advance to the far side of the room, eliminating remaining enemies.

    Once the room is clear, look back towards where you entered. The ticket office on the right contains a safe Elizabeth can unlock (requires 3 lock picks) for coins, and a small storeroom nearby holds a Voxophone [2/5]. The left office has a lock pick in its storeroom.

    Loot the rest of the large room. When ready, climb the stairs at the back and have Elizabeth unlock the gate.

    Immediately inside, you will see two tears: a piece of cover in the center of the floor and a freight hook on the back wall near the roof.

    Spawn the cover and use it for protection against the sniper on the raised walkway and the Vox soldier who jumps down. Use the freight hook to reach the walkway and find a Minuteman’s Armory vending machine.

    Before proceeding through the turnstile to the next area, look for an open door to the left beneath the raised walkway. At the back of this area is a locked door.
