    Enter the police impound and proceed through the open gate.

    Ignore the next door and enter the office to the right. Collect the Vox Repeater, a lock pick, and other items. Find the Kinetoscope [1/1] here.

    Return to the main room and enter the door opposite the gate.

    In this new room, you'll encounter a tear and immediately be attacked. Use the cover in the center of the room.

    Defeat the 5-6 soldiers on the ground floor and 1-2 on the upper walkway.

    A Motorized Patriot will appear. Kite it and use vigors to stun or slow it.

    After defeating the Motorized Patriot, head upstairs and clear out the remaining soldiers in the balcony and side rooms.

    Enter the door to the left at the top of the stairs. Elizabeth can unlock a door here (requires 5 lock picks). Inside, find an Infusion Upgrade [1/2] and a piece of Equippable Gear [1/1].

    Continue along the upper level and enter the next door. In the small office on the back left, find a lock pick on the floor and a Voxophone [1/3] on a desk.

    To the left of this office is a large blue chest. This is part of an optional mission. If you have the keys from the Graveyard Shift Bar basement, use them on the chest to receive an Infusion Upgrade [2/2].

    Loot the rest of the top floor.

    Head back down to the lower level and go to the stairs on the far left. Near the top of these stairs, find an open door. Under a desk inside, locate another Voxophone [2/3].

    Loot the rest of the ground floor.

    Go down the stairs at the back.

    Have Elizabeth unlock the door at the bottom of the stairs and proceed to the cells. Find a lock pick in a cell in front. Loot the cells.

    Investigate the large, locked machinery in the center of the room; there is a tear here. Have Elizabeth open it.

    After the scene, go back up the stairs. At the top, find a Voxophone [3/3] on a desk that has appeared.

    Backtrack until you leave the compound.
