Walkthrough
- 1Upon entering the Plaza of Zeal, you'll find a Minuteman’s Armory vending machine to your left. Continue past it and go down the stairs to your right. Follow the right wall to a doorway leading to a small wooden dock.
- 2At the dock, there's a locked door requiring 1 lock pick and a lock pick kit on a crate. Inside, you'll find a Vox cipher for an optional task and another lock pick on a desk. Loot and return to the main plaza.
- 3Use the freight hooks to reach the low roof around the central building. Search for a Volley Gun, a lock pick, and behind the Chen-Lin sign, a Sniper Rifle and a gift box containing Equippable Gear [1/2]. Return to the ground.
- 4Head back towards the previous auction area and go around the left side of the central building. Enter the door on the right to access the building's interior. On a table directly ahead is a Voxophone [1/2]. Enter the door to the left behind the counter.
- 5Inside Chen-Lin's Shop, climb to the top of the area. Loot the top level, finding a lock pick on a bench near machinery. After Elizabeth comments on someone downstairs, head back down and speak with the woman blocking your path.
- 6After the conversation, exit the shop and proceed towards the police roadblock. A new enemy, the Handyman, will appear.
- 7Defeat the Handyman. It is a large, durable, and fast enemy with a glowing heart and head as weak spots. It can leap great distances, throw enemies, and electrify skyline rails.
- 8After defeating the Handyman, collect the dropped present for Equippable Gear [2/2].
- 9Return to the left side of the main building and approach the police roadblock again. Destroy the auto-turret behind it and enter the door to its left for a Veni! Vidi! Vigor! vending machine. An adjacent room contains a red tear.
- 10Exit this building and go through the gate behind the roadblock. You will see the Good Time Club on the left. Continue through the opposite gate.
- 11Shoot the auto turret in this area. Locate the Dollar Bill vending machine and continue following the wall past it until you find a Voxophone [2/2] near some boxes against a wall.
- 12Return through the gate and enter the Good Time Club when ready to proceed.
Tips
- The Handyman is a challenging enemy; aim for its glowing heart or head. Utilize the environment and any available cover.
- Loot thoroughly, as lock picks and gear are essential.
- Pay attention to Elizabeth's comments, as they may indicate points of interest or upcoming events.
