    As soon as you regain control, look to your left. You'll see a building with 'Delivery Centre' written on it. Head inside, turn left, and search between the desks along the left wall to find your first Voxophone of this area.

    Backtrack slightly to the main dock area. On the back wall of the building you just exited, you'll find a Veni! Vidi! Vigor! machine. It offers two new upgrades: 'Devil’s Kiss Boost' for the Devil’s Kiss plasmid (cost: 666 Silver Eagles) and 'Bronco Aid' for the Bucking Bronco plasmid (cost: 777 Silver Eagles).

    Exit the building and turn left. Follow the path towards the main building. Go around to the right, and when you reach the stairs, head up. Enter the door on your left. Inside, on a table at the back right of the room, you'll find a lock pick.

    Head back down the stairs and make your way across the barges to the opposite side of the docks. Look for a building marked ‘Employees Only’.

    Enter the 'Employees Only' building. Behind a desk, next to a policeman, you'll find a piece of Equippable Gear.

    Warning: Picking up this gear will immediately turn all the police in the area hostile. There are five of them, including the one inside the building with you. They will all rush you with melee attacks. Stay inside the building and fight them off until they are all dead.

    Once the police are cleared out, exit the building. You'll now encounter three Mosquitos, which are floating auto-turrets. They patrol the dock area. They have a color indicator: green means they aren't hostile, yellow means they've spotted you, and red means they are actively attacking. You can use the Possession vigor on them or bring them through tears to make them temporary allies.

    After destroying the Mosquitos, walk down the ramp and follow the dock to the right. When you can see the entrance to the building ahead on your right, look behind the red pillar on your left to find another lock pick.

    Enter the building and proceed through it until you exit out the far side. This will lead you to the next chapter.
Tips
  • The Mosquitos can be a bit tricky. If you're having trouble hitting them, try using the Sky-Line to get a better angle or use area-of-effect Vigors like Devil's Kiss.
  • Don't forget to check behind pillars and in corners for extra ammo and health, especially before tough fights.
  • The Veni! Vidi! Vigor! machine is your last chance to grab these specific upgrades for a while, so consider if they fit your playstyle.
