Walkthrough
- 1Continue up the stairs in the factory and through the doors. Defeat the rocket auto-turret and Founder soldiers.
- 2Proceed through the doors at the far end of the room. Near some bodies by a tipped-over cart, find a gift box with the first piece of Equippable Gear [1/3].
- 3Head to the functioning elevator. Pick up the lock pick set on the ground beside it.
- 4Enter the elevator and ride it up. Interact with the phone halfway up to continue.
- 5After exiting the lift, you will encounter Vox Soldiers. These enemies are more heavily armored than Founder soldiers and use advanced Vox weapon variants like repeaters and burst guns.
- 6After defeating the Vox Soldiers, enter the side room to the left. Here you will find Veni! Vidi! Vigor!, Minuteman’s Armory, and Dollar Bill vending machines.
- 7Behind the Dollar Bill vending machine, find a gift containing the second piece of Equippable Gear [2/3].
- 8New upgrades are available at the Minuteman’s Armory and Veni! Vidi! Vigor! machines. The Minuteman's Armory offers upgrades for the Hand Cannon (Reload Increase for 656, Damage Boost 1 for 448), Carbine (Recoil Decrease for 333), Burst Gun (Damage Boost 1 for 423), Pistol (Damage Boost 2 for 199), Machine Gun (Damage Boost 2 for 236), and Sniper Rifle (Damage Boost 2 for 349).
- 9The Veni! Vidi! Vigor! machine offers upgrades for Shock Jockey (Shock Chain Aid for 1,265), Murder of Crows (Crows Boost for 545), Charge (Charge Aid for 1,614), and Bucking Bronco (Bronco Boost for 421).
- 10Return to the main room and turn left. Before the next door, find a Voxophone [1/2] on the chalkboard to the right.
- 11Examine the body in front of the door to find the new vigor – Undertow.
- 12Loot the rest of the room. Elizabeth will pick the lock on the nearby door.
- 13Continue through the door and run up the stairs to witness a scene. After the scene, combat will begin.
- 14Utilize the sky-line that circles the area, the upper and lower walkways, and the large circular platforms on either side of the clock tower. There are two tears available: one on the raised platform at the far side of the room providing a Sniper rifle and ammo, and another on the large circular platform at the far side providing a Tesla coil trap.
- 15A barge carrying Vox soldiers and a Vox Rocketeer will appear. Use the sky-line to engage them, or head to the raised platform for a sniper rifle. Alternatively, use Undertow to push them off their barge when it's in range.
- 16Prepare for a large wave of enemies: approximately 24 Vox soldiers, a Fireman, and a Handyman. The Handyman appears after about 10-12 Vox soldiers are killed, and the Fireman appears after about 18-20.
- 17A recommended tactic is to have Elizabeth activate the Tesla coil tear. Use the sky-line to move between the two large circular platforms, engaging enemies on the ground. This movement pattern helps avoid the Handyman's electrical attacks.
- 18Once only the Handyman remains, you can activate the Tesla coil tear again and kite him around the far platform for assistance. Focus on stun attacks and heart shots.
- 19After defeating the Handyman, loot the gift he drops, which contains the final piece of Equippable Gear [3/3].

- Vox Soldiers are more durable than Founder soldiers due to heavier armor and advanced weaponry.
