Nursery Rhyme Puzzles

Solve all 17 Nursery Rhyme Puzzles in Alan Wake 2 to unlock charms and trophies. Find doll locations and puzzle solutions.

There are a total of 17 Nursery Rhyme Puzzles found during Saga's storyline in Alan Wake 2. Solving them unlocks new charms and requires you to find Nursery Rhyme Dolls. Solving five puzzles earns the Strange Reality trophy, and solving all 17 earns the Shift in Reality trophy.

The Heart Puzzles:

1. Located northwest of Cauldron Lake in a picnic area across a bridge. Place the Crow Doll on the Sun symbol to get the Hammer Charm.
2. Found in front of the Witchfinder's Station. Place the Hero Doll on the Boat symbol and the Wolf Doll on the Tree symbol to get a Coffee Mug Charm.
3. Located outside the Private Cabin. Place the Crow Doll on the Egg symbol, the Hero Doll on the Heart symbol, and the Wolf Doll on the House symbol to get the Kalevala Knights Charm.

Local Girl Puzzles:

1. After fighting Taken Throwers on the Suomi Hiking Trail, take the southern split path to find the puzzle. Place the Moose Doll on the Tree symbol to get a Coffee Mug Charm.
2. South of the Radio Tower in a picnic area, on the way to Coffee World. Place the Deer Doll on the House symbol to get the Deer charm.
3. At the Lighthouse Trailer Park after floods recede, at the end of the jetty on the southern edge. Place the Wise Elder Doll on the Sea symbol and the Bear Doll on the Sweet symbol to get the Coffee World Token Charm.
4. East of the Watery Lighthouse after floods recede. Place the Wise Elder Doll on the Eye symbol and the Trickster Doll on the Sea symbol to get a Lighthouse Charm.
5. At Latte Lagoon in Coffee World after floods recede, at the end of the jetty. Place the Trickster Doll on the Jewellery symbol, the Moose Doll on the Sea Symbol, and the Deer Doll on the Boat symbol to get the Mr. Drippy Charm.
6. Outside the back door of the Ranger Cabin, accessible after floods recede. Place the Maiden Doll on the Tree symbol and the Bear Doll on the Heart symbol to get the FBC Charm.
7. In Downtown Watery, inside the trailer behind Suomi Hall (requires screwdriver). In the room on the left. Place the Maiden Doll on the House symbol and the Trickster Doll on the Jewellery symbol to get a Coffee Mug Charm.

No Chance Puzzles:

1. Northwest of the Break Room towards Valhalla Nursing Home, then east into the woods near a campsite overlooking the Break Room. Place the Mother Doll on the House symbol and the Child Doll on the Tree symbol to get the Lantern Charm.

Old Gods Puzzles:

1. In a ground floor room opposite the kitchen at the Ranger Station southeast of Valhalla Nursing Home. Place the Child Doll on the House symbol and the Monster Doll on the Sweet symbol to get a Coffee Mug Charm.
2. On the shoreline, northeast of the Ranger Station. Place the Child Doll on the Jewellery symbol, the Monster Doll on the Sea symbol, and the Mother Doll on the boat symbol to get the Valhalla Nursing Home Charm.
3. On the eastern jetty at Billie's Boat Yard. Place the Monster Doll on the Boat symbol and the Mother Doll on the Sea Symbol to get the Anchor Charm.
4. Inside trailer #5 at the Lighthouse Trailer Park (requires boltcutters). Place the Wise Elder Doll on the Eye symbol and the Deer Doll on the Heart Symbol to get the Deerfest Charm.
5. In cabin #4 at Cauldron Lake (accessible through cabins #3 and #5). Place the Monster Doll on the Egg symbol, the Crow Doll on the Eye symbol, and the Hero Doll on the Jewellery symbol to get a Coffee Mug Charm.
6. After solving all other puzzles, at the Witchfinder's Station. Place the Father Doll on the Eye symbol (main room), the Hero Doll on the Sun symbol (downstairs bedroom), the Mother Doll on the Heart symbol (kitchen), the Child Doll on the Egg symbol (upstairs bedroom), and the Trickster Doll on the Sea symbol (upstairs bathroom) to get an additional charm slot.
