Walkthrough
- 1Start by avoiding the sliding Beach Koopa and climbing the slope to get the first Dragon Coin. Dodge the incoming Banzai Bill.
- 2Hit the Question Box for a Super Mushroom or Fire Flower. Avoid the Rexes and climb the slopes to get the second Dragon Coin.
- 3Use spin jumps on Rotating Blocks to reach a Warp Pipe. Enter it to find another Dragon Coin blocked by Flip Blocks; spin jump to break them and collect it. Exit the room via the next Warp Pipe to reach the Midway Gate.
- 4After the Midway Gate, avoid the second Banzai Bill and hit the rotating block to reveal a 1-Up Mushroom. Dodge the third Banzai Bill, and either wait for the 1-Up to fall into the pit or jump on the Banzai Bill to reach the clouds and get it.
- 5Hit the next Question Box for a power-up. Avoid the last Banzai Bill, collect the fifth Dragon Coin, and defeat the Chargin' Chuck to reach the Giant Gate.
Tips
- Use spin jumps to break Flip Blocks and collect Dragon Coins.
- Hold an extra item in the box at the top of the screen by pressing SELECT to use it later.
- Use the X or Y Button to pick up and throw shells. Look up and release the button to throw a shell upwards.
