First off, you'll need to jump across to the platform on the right. Once you're there, do a ground pound to stun that Piranha Plant – don't worry, it's just a little nap.

Grab the Key you just freed, and then head through the door to the left.

You'll enter a room with some icy blocks. Just navigate through it to get back to that big room you were in earlier.

Once you're back in the large room, flutter your way down and to the right. Keep going until you reach the very bottom area.

At the bottom, use the Stork Stop to pick up Baby Peach. She's going to be super helpful here!

Head through the door that Baby Peach unlocks. You'll find yourself in a room with some targets. Your job is to shoot the #2 and #3 balls into their matching slots.

Once those are in place, another door will unlock. Go through it.

Inside this new room, move to the right. You'll find a wind gust. Use it to fly upward, but be super careful to avoid the fire pillars!

If you manage to flutter to the right of those two fire pillar platforms, you'll find two more red coins. That brings your total to 15!

When you finally reach the top area, land on the ledge to your right.

Carefully avoid the fire pillars again, and then drop off the right side of the ledge. This is it – you'll grab the fourth Flower!

After snagging the Flower, quickly flutter to the left wind gust and make your way back to the high left ledge. Phew, you did it!

Tips

That Piranha Plant can be a little tricky, so make sure you stun it before trying to shoot the egg at the ceiling.
Don't rush the fire pillars! They have a set pattern, so watch them for a second before you try to fly past.
