    Continue left and downward to the end of the track.

Boss Battle: Moltz the Very Goonie

The battle against Moltz the Very Goonie takes place while falling and across both screens. You must keep fluttering (holding the jump button) to stay afloat; falling too far will result in death.

  1. Stay to the sides and flutter on the bottom screen until Moltz floats to the bottom screen.
  2. Get above Moltz and ground pound to attack.
  3. After your attack, Moltz will fly off and numerous enemies on rockets will rain down. Stick to the sides to avoid them.
  4. When Moltz reappears, repeat the pattern: wait for it to reach the bottom screen, get above it, and ground pound.
  5. When above Moltz, be careful of feathers shot upward and enemy rockets from below.
  6. Hit Moltz three times to win the battle.
